Regenerum heel regenerating serum
Cause of the problem:
Cracks on the heels are created because the overlying skin is very thick, up to four times thicker than in other parts of the body. This feature makes it hard and strong, making it easier to walk.
Unfortunately, the thickness of the skin prevents efficient absorption and excretion of moisture which leads to excessive dehydration.
Dehydrated and overly dried skin cracks easily, forming unsighlty furrows.
Regenerum regenerating heel serum
- intensively moisturizes and nourishes dry heel skin
- regenerates cracked and damaged skin
- increases the permeability of the stratum corneum and facilitates the exfoliation
- protects against cracking
- has antiseptic properties
As a result, it protects the skin from dehydration and drying, promotes regeneration of visible cracks and prevents the formation of new furrows.
UREA – at a concentration of 30%
It is one of the main components of the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), the natural moisturizing factor of the skin, which is responsible for maintaining adequate hydration of the stratum corneum. The use of urea in a concentration of 30% ensures its strong softening and moisturizing effect. Additionally, it regulates epidermal keratosis, has exfoliating properties and increases the permeability of the stratum corneum, facilitating the penetration of active ingredients also into the deeper layers of skin.
VITAMINS A and E
- Vitamin A – plays a huge role in the metabolism of the skin.
It stimulates the production of keratinocytes, regulates epidermal differentiation processes and supports skin regeneration. It also intensely nourishes and improves the elasticity of the skin.
- Vitamin E – has strong nourishing, moisturizing and oiling properties. It easily penetrates the skin, making it smooth, firm and elastic. It repairs the skin, and protects skin lipids and fibers against damage. It has anti-irritative and anti-inflammatory properties.
A mixture of essential fatty acids and helps to restore and improve the lipid layer of the epidermis or skin barrier. It creates a delicate layer of film on the skin, which protects it from the harmful effects of external factors and protects the heel surface from cracking. It also improves the overall condition of the skin, providing it with the necessary flexibility and accelerates the regeneration of the epidermis.
Lanolin is a natural substance with a composition very similar to the lipid layer of the skin. It has particularly strong moisturizing, smoothing and oiling properties. It perfectly penetrates deep into the skin.
It regulates skin water balance, softening the epidermis and eliminating its roughness. Moreover, it provides a quick relief from cracked heel pain by soothing the skin.
TEA TREE OIL
This oil has strong antiseptic and antiviral properties. It protects the skin against the growth of bacteria thus preventing foot malodor.
